Dicky Beach Real Estate was established in March 2007 by Principal, Elizabeth Provan.

Elizabeth worked in the real estate industry for many years before establishing her own agency to provide clients with a very personalised service that went beyond the basic service that most real estate agents provide.

Elizabeth recognised there was a niche market for a real estate agent that went above and beyond customer’s expectations and to employ staff that complimented this ideal. As a result, customers feel very comfortable knowing they are in safe experienced hands where honesty and integrity rise above the usual real estate gloss.

She has lived on the Sunshine Coast for fifteen years and has a good local knowledge, including such things as where the best schools are, where the quietest beaches and walkways reside, the easiest places to access shopping centres, and a whole range of useful information that clients can extract when trying to find the right place to live on the Sunshine Coast.
