Our Property Management Department is managed by Andrea, a
true local of the Sunshine Coast, with seven years of local property management
experience you can be assured your investment is in good hands.
All clients can be confident that all applicants must meet our stringent
criteria before being accepted as a tenant. Prospective tenants who submit an application to rent your property
are thoroughly screened by our Property Manager. Information including identification, previous
rental history, employment history, income and personal and
rental references are checked and verified.
When a tenant has been approved for your property they are required
to attend a meeting at our office where we explain the
tenants obligations and responsibilities under the agreement and our
expectations of them during the tenancy. All this is done to ensure
your new tenants are fully aware of how important it is to look after
your property.

out four weeks into the tenancy (Thereafter every 13 weeks)
